• All Staff Practitioner sessions are paid at the time of booking an appointment.

• No refunds will be issued for sessions purchased.

• You must notify the staff practitioner of the need to reschedule at least 24 hours before appointment or it will be considered a no show.

• If you miss your appointed session, a no show, your appointment is forfeited and there is no refund.

• All appointments are based on the availability of the staff practitioner.

• Sessions purchased will be valid for one year after the date of purchase. All stale sessions over one year will expire.
